Darren Pratt is moving to open his own Ray White office in the Barossa Valley along with his wife Tina Pratt & personal assistant Azaya Zanker, a move that will shake up the busy regional area.

Darren spoke to SA Real Estate News about the move, and said “We met with other franchise groups in SA and after meeting with Ray White, we felt really positive about our future in a way that none of the other brands could make us feel. They were an excellent fit for my family, we have similar values and the feeling was so welcoming and relaxed,”

“The Port Adelaide sponsorship helped too, being a family of Port Power supporters!”

Pratt will have an office-front in the Barossa Valley, and says that the local market will benefit from a leading national brand entering the marketplace; Bringing cutting edge technology, the backing of a 100-year-old brand, and an experienced sales team.

“The technology we will bring to the marketplace is so impressive, it’s something the Barossa Valley demands and is unmatched by any other brand.” Pratt said. “The Ray White One System is at the centre of everything, so we’re able to use a top of the line CRM system, and roll out optimised websites. Everything is setup for us – meaning I can start my business with minimal distraction, and get busy selling from day 1.”

“The power of Australia’s largest real estate group became clear pretty quickly with such a strong, consistent corporate message, and every single office in the country uses the same systems and processes,” he said. “I thought to myself, this is how a franchise group should operate.”

Pratt said that to top it all off, Chairman of the Ray White Group, Brian White, rang him personally on two occasions.

“I received a phone call from Brian White when I was in early talks with the group, he asked if I had any questions and told me that I could ring any time to discuss the move. Brian rang me again to welcome me and my family when I made the decision to join.”

“It was so genuine, and it really shows how Ray White is one big family.”
