Why is your suburb so attractive for those looking to buy in the area?

Clarence Gardens, is perfectly positioned on relatively flat land, in close proximity to the city, Adelaide Hills and Coastline. Beautiful tree lined streets, come alive during November with an explosion of purple jacaranda blossoms enhancing the streetscape and appearance of properties.

Why do you love working in your suburb?

Generally, people living in Clarence Gardens are active, involved in the community, take pride in their property and love living in the suburb which makes my job working with people in Clarence Gardens very enjoyable. There is a positive energy that can be felt in the suburb which makes me love working in Clarence Gardens.
