Adelaide’s next tallest building is close to selling out with over 70% of apartments already sold.
Of the original 314 apartments available in Realm Adelaide – which were made up of 110 x one-bedroom apartments, 164 x two-bedroom apartments, 40 x three-bedroom apartments, and penthouses – 224 have already been purchased leaving just 90 on the market.
Sales Director of Realm Adelaide, Ben Small, said that the large volume of sales was a testament to the quality product being on offer.
“With a $100 million build cost we are devoted to exceeding expectations and offering what others cannot. In addition to delivering a superior product, we will privately manage the 24 hour concierge, guarantee 5% return on your apartment for the first two years, uphold a no Airbnb policy and deliver extensive six star amenities to name a few.”
“Adelaide is evolving fast. Adelaide City Council and the State Government are nurturing the growing residential population in the CBD, attractive stamp duty concessions and Adelaide’s reputation as being one of the world’s most liveable cities is proving to be the perfect mix for people looking to purchase in the CBD. We are offering a lifestyle that hasn’t previously been available in this sector before and becoming part of the Realm sky community is quite irresistible for those in the market,” he said.
Once opened, Realm Adelaide will have some of the best facilities available in the CBD.
There are two levels dedicated to health, wellbeing and entertaining. The eighth level is accessible to all residents and includes a Cross-Fit gym, dining and games room, as well as a lounge and outdoor entertainment zone, with a 25-metre lap pool. Residents of Realm’s premium sky level community have access to even more amenities, with a 500 square meter rooftop level, practically floating with panoramic views at level 39. This premium access area also offers a wellness center, which features a yoga studio, private massage suite, spa, sauna and steam room pods.
