Newly released data from CoreLogic has revealed Adelaide’s 12 fastest selling suburbs.
According to the data, houses in Goodwood sell the fastest, (median price: $684,410) going in an average of just 21 days.
Goodwood is followed by Firle (median price: $343,657) and Toorak Gardens (median price $390,598) where units are selling after an average of just 26 days on the market.
Units in Frewville (median price: $485,000) and houses in Woodville Gardens (median price: $388,869) are selling in 27 and 29 days respectively.
Properties in West Croydon, Clarence Gardens, Edwardstown and Collinswood, Park Holme, St Morris and are all selling in between 30 and 38 days, well below the state average.
“Anything in that inner ring is sought after, and Goodwood in particular has a very cosmopolitan feel to it now,” said Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) President Greg Troughton. “Our average time on market for the state was tracking at 61 days four or five weeks ago and we are now at 56 days.”
