Adelaide enjoyed a good week of auctions last week despite a decrease in the number of properties listed compared to the previous week.

48 auctions were held in the second week of June, down from 80. However, 36 properties sold for a 75% clearance rate for the week, a 10% increase on the previous week.

In the first week of June, a total of 6 properties were sold at auction for above a million dollars but fast forward a week and only one property came close to cracking seven figures.
