Another two properties in Adelaide sold for a price tag of over a million this weekend, following on from the week previous where four properties reached seven digit figures.
Bronte Manuel made it two consecutive weekends where he auctioned off a property for over a million dollars, with a stunning three bedroom in Dulwich bringing in $1.15m at the fall of the gavel.
Manuel also had to other sales for half a million dollars for a 100% clearance rate.
The largest sale of the weekend, though, belonged to Nick Baranikow who sold a picturesque 4 bedroom home in Royston Park for $1.8m.
Eleven properties were held over at auction, a massive increase from last weekend’s six held over properties.
AJ Colman, Brett Roenfeldt and David Smallacombe each had three sales.
Of the eight properties up for auction on the Sunday only four sold on the day, with two held over and another sold prior.
