Just over half of the properties on the Adelaide market sold at auction over the weekend.
16 properties were held over at auction as 17 were sold on the day, while one property sold prior to auction.
Select homes continue to attract prices in the millions, with Peter Economou bringing the gavel down at $1.09 million for a luxurious five bedroom home in Highgate, the biggest sale of the weekend.
Phil McMahon’s four bedroom home in Colonel Light Gardens was the closest to reaching a seven-figure sum, reaching $900,000 at the fall of the gavel.
Jonathon Moore had a 100% clearance rate for the weekend as all six of his properties sold across the Saturday and Sunday.
Brett Roenfeldt, on the other hand, only had two sales for the Saturday as seven properties were held over.
The last month of the year is set to kick off in style this coming weekend, with 53 auctions across the two days penciled in the books.
