It was a bumper weekend of auctions in Adelaide to close out the month of October, finishing with a 77% clearance rate.
With 30 homes on the market, 23 sold for an average sale price of $676,800.
Another 7 properties were held over at auction.
Two properties sold for over a million, with auctioneer AJ Colman and Paul Alvino of LJ Hooker St Peters fetching the largest sale price for the weekend with a 4 bedroom home in St Peters going for $1.4 million.
Phil and Lynette McMahon of Phil McMahon Real Estate were not far behind with the $1.1 million sale of a three bedroom and two bathroom home in Somerton Park.
Jonathon Moore enjoyed a healthy weekend with the gavel as all seven of his properties sold at auction.
38 auctions are in the books for this Saturday for the first weekend of auctions in November, with another 10 scheduled for Sunday.
