It was a healthy two days for Adelaide’s auction market over the weekend, with an average sale price of $586,409 and a clearance rate of 83%.
Independent auctioneer AJ Colman had another big weekend once again, with four sales while another two were held over.
Jonathon Moore also had a big one with four sales all over 700,000.
Ray White’s recently crowned Auctioneer of the Year, Trent Godfrey, had his only property for the weekend sold prior.
The biggest sale of the weekend belonged to David Smallacombe with a picturesque 4 bedroom in Glenside fetching $824,000.
20 properties are in the books for auction this weekend, headlined by a double-header in Kapunda for Jason O’Halloran and Ray White Craigmoore’s Portia Stanton-Noble on Sunday.
