BREAKING: Established Brand Launches New Franchise Model
A press-release by Ray White SA/NT has caught the attention of business owners across the two states with their “hub” shared office space, forming part of a new franchise business model option to potential franchisees.
The open plan office space sits within their corporate office and gives new business owners (or those considering starting a new office) a fantastic cost-saving setup option.
The release reads;

Blake went on record to say;

With the capacity for 30 individuals, the Adelaide setup includes 15 desks in an open plan space and five enclosed offices, each allowing three people to work in comfort.
Ray White Corporate is also offering the concept in Darwin where they have offices set up and available for agents ready to make the move to this low-cost startup for business ownership.
