Former Crow’s captain Mark Bickely’s home up for sale

Former Adelaide Crows captain Mark Bickley has put his family home on the market.

The home, located in Novar Gardens near Glenelg, is in a quiet cul-de-sac at 34 Old Drive.

According to the listing, the 232 square metre five-bedroom home sits on a large 600 square metre block, which backs onto Immanuel College.

Over the nine years Bickley and his family have lived in the home, having fully renovated it to fit their needs. The house boasts multiple living spaces and two of the bedrooms connect to a rumpus room.

There is also a fully renovated modern kitchen, an L-shaped veranda that wraps around the home, and a garden shed. The house is priced between $750,000 and $795,000.

“We want something with a bit more yard space. We’re on 600sqm here which is magnificent, but with growing kids — two boys under the age of nine — we want a yard where they are able to kick a footy around,” Bickley told realestate.com.au.

Bickley won two premierships with the Crows and is currently working as a sports commentator.

Bickley told realestate.com.au that he has never watched a grand final at the home, but that it is a perfect place to entertain family and friends.
