Rosie says she saw the opportunity to join a brand-new office with family values, and she was drawn to the modern style office setup that allows her more of a lifestyle orientated career.
“I can see a really bright future for my career, and it’s exciting. There is a genuine collaborative effort that allows Marco and myself to work together without a traditional lead and follow role, I’m just as responsible for the success of this business as Marco is.”
Fellegvari also says Ray White’s culture is lead from the top down, and that he knows he has the backing of the Ray White family to help achieve his goals.
