Ray White Henley Beach has shared photos of their new office expansion, moving to 206A Military Road in Henley Beach.
Principal Anthony Fahey has been a selling agent in the area for over 16 years, and opened the doors to his own office 4 years ago, growing a successful team underneath him through mentoring and developing young guns into market-leaders.
The new premises is the old Henley Beach Police Station, complete with jail cells in the rear yard, which Anthony says will come in handy given his young kids or any boisterous office staff!
Anthony says the new office fitout was difficult, given council restrictions due to the heritage value of the property, however they engaged “a progressive thinking architect and builder” to get the job done.
The design is aimed at attracting new staff through a modern and comfortable fitout, along with multiple meeting rooms, all designed around the functionality of a sales and property management business.
Nick George, managing director of the Ray White SA / NT group, spoke about the Henley Beach team and Anthony Fahey.
“The Ray White journey has no better example than the rise and rise of Anthony Fahey. Starting as a rookie and working up to being a leading principal, Anthony exemplifies the culture of success that’s built the Ray White Group.
Anthony’s acquisition of his own building and undertaking a major extension to house his growing team is the culmination of years of hard work and dedication to the customers of his region.
We send our sincerest congratulations to Anthony wishing him all the best in the years ahead, we are very proud to have him represent our brand.”
