Melbourne-based real estate tech startup ActivePipe has raised $5.9 million in a Series A round led by NAB Ventures.
ActivePipe has created an automated communications platform for real estate agent marketing.
According to ActivePipe, its automated email-marketing campaigns operate on the agent’s behalf, with communication that is powerful, consistent and personalised.
“Smart data analytics and advanced reporting features eliminate the guesswork, telling agents who is ready to transact so they can close more deals,” the company says.
The company has recently begun expanding into the UK and USA, also pulling in revenue of $2 million in the last financial year. Its customers in Australia include LJ Hooker and Ray White.
“We are delighted to have closed this round so quickly after our pre-series A round, and with the support from new strategic investors. With our growth in Australia continuing to accelerate, we are now poised and funded to capitalise on the global opportunity for ActivePipe,” said Ashley Farrugia, CEO of ActivePipe.
