realestate.com.au is offering an exclusive new opportunity for agents to reach new levels in digital advertising with the launch of Front Page.

Front Page allows agents to advertise their listings and agency brand in a particular suburb on the home page of realestate.com.au – across all devices, including desktop, mobile, tablet and app.

Kym McGuinness from realestate.com.au says that some thirty suburbs across South Australia have been earmarked with high consumer activity, and are now available for purchase.

“An agent can purchase a suburb for one week at a time, putting their property and agency brand front and centre with buyers who have searched that suburb previously in the Buy section of realestate.com.au.”

The Agent Marketing Centre on realestate.com.au says “Nationally the realestate.com.au home page receives 16 million visits each month”, illustrating the power Front Page could have.

Front Page provides agents with the unique ability to showcase their vendors’ properties to buyers looking for homes in that area. The exclusivity of Front Page is a great opportunity to further differentiate from competitors,” Mr McGuinness says.

Agents across South Australia have already started taking up the opportunity, with a number of key areas having been purchased by fast-moving agents capitalising on the relatively new offering.
