South Australian agents under the Harcourts banner have won big at the agency’s National Awards on Wednesday night.
Held at the prestigious Star Hotel on the Gold Coast, the awards were the culmination of a jam-packed week for the blue brand as agents had gathered for its National Conference.
Stephanie Williams led the way for South Australia as she was recognized as the Top Sales Consultant in the Country under the Harcourts family.
In her acceptance speech, Williams told the crowd at the Star that she was “incredbily excited and overwhelmed” to be receiving the award, before inviting the rest of the agents from South Australia that were in attendance up on stage with her.
Williams thanked the Harcourts head office, her finance and administration team, and gave special thanks to her team members Rachel Oborn and Natalie Bryant.
The award capped off a special two days for Williams as she celebrated her 19 year anniversary to Husband and fellow agent John the day prior.
Williams made sure to give special thanks to John in her speech, saying “you make it all worthwhile.”
Kathleen Fry of Harcourts South Coast in Victor Harbour also placed in the National Top 20 of Sales Consultants at number 14.
May turned out to be an outstanding month for Fry, as her Top 20 placing added to the swag of awards she picked up at Harcourts South Australia’s Annual Awards earlier.
Fry came first in the Best Performing Lister category, second in Top Sales Consultant, Top Referring Sales Person of the Year and also achieved Titanium sales status.
It turned out to be a fruitful evening for the team at South Coast, as Natalie Ekers took home the award for National Office Administrator of the Year, while the franchise came third in Revenue nationally.
Rounding out the winners for South Australia was Mark Sheppard of Harcourts Sheppard who was crowned National Auction Champion, and Matt Sergeant of Harcourts Sergeant who was named Top Sales Consultant for units.
