Top Agents & Agencies Awarded at Ray White Annual Awards

The Ray White group held a spectacular show for their annual awards night at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, with over 400 attendees frocked up for the group’s biggest night of the year.

Chairman of the Ray White franchise group Brian White was in attendance to congratulate awards winners on stage, as the group celebrated the 2015/2016 financial year. Brian gave an address to the crowd and congratulated the group on achieving the largest market share of all the major franchise groups in South Australia.

Peter Kiritsis of Ray White Woodville & Paul Bateman of Ray White City Edge took home the Top Principal awards for the evening, while Jason Spagnulo of Ray White City Edge was awarded the Top Salesperson of the Year.

Kiritsis said “Providing superior customer service and receiving 100% client satisfaction” was key to his success. “Our clients gain confidence with our results and recommend us to family and friends. Client referrals make up a huge part of my business and we are extremely grateful for that.”

Asked if he would use his achievements this year as a benchmark for the next, Mr. Kiritis said he would continue doing what he was been doing for the last 15 years.

“I just get up, go to work and list and sell property. It’s just what I do and I love doing it.”

Paul & Denise Bateman were also recognized as the Business Owners of the Year, and when asked about their key to success in achieving the award, Mr Bateman said the secret was customer service.

“We sell a lot of property; in over 11 years I’ve sold more than 1,000 properties but no matter how many transactions we do, we treat every client as if they are the only one.”

Mr. Spagnulo gave special mention to his team at Ray White City Edge, who he credits with playing a massive role in his achievements.

“I find it very rewarding to be acknowledged for my hard work and achievements.”

“The key to my success has been creating good habits, working hard, valuing the relationships I have built and of course my team who make a lot of things possible.”

The group also celebrated 14 inductees to the Alan White ELITE Performers group (over $500,000 settled commissions or 65 sales) for the 2015/16 financial year, and 51 Premiere Members (over $200,000 in commissions or 30 sales). There were also 15 awards given for 10 years of service and 2 awards for 20 years of service.

The Auctioneer of the Year award went to Trent Godfrey of Ray White Brighton, with runner up Jason O’Halloran (Ray White Morphett Vale), and Novice Auctioneer of the Year going to Michael Cavuoto (Ray White Flinders Park).

Mr. Godfrey said he was pleased to be crowned Auctioneer of the Year.

“I’m now look forward to getting back out in the field and calling more auctions! It was a fantastic auction competition put on by Ben Clarence and the Ray White Corporate team, being held in a location like Partridge House created an intimate environment which made for just a great day all around!”

Ray White SA sold over $1.5Billion in property over the 15/16 financial year, making them the top selling franchise in South Australia.
