What are your top three tips for attracting new business?

1. Always do the right thing with your clients. Don’t over promise and under deliver. If anything, do the opposite.
2. Have great support around you. My success has a lot to do with my team, especially Amanda Luu who is a superstar.
3. Be systemised! Utilise data base/BDA, as well as networks and referrals.

What does your usual working week look like?

We block out times in which we do things, like phone calls, and we protect our time. I also believe in a work-life balance, so like we block out times to do certain things, we also block out days to take off as non-negotiable.
