Eden and Liberty, a $1.2 billion residential development in Two Wells, is offering large blocks to homebuyers looking to go big.
There are a total of 19 “rural living” zoned blocks on offer, as well as more traditional-sized blocks.
The 17 larger blocks are between 1ha and 2ha, and the remaining two are a whopping 2ha (20,000 square metres).
The development was approved in 2015 and is being built by SA family business Hickinbotham Group.
“Eden is the first village of the development – which will be followed by our Liberty village – and is setting a new benchmark for contemporary residential living, and as such is already proving extremely popular with homeowners looking to build their family homes on huge allotments,” managing director Michael Hickinbotham told realestate.com.au.
The Eden and Liberty development is one of the biggest projects Hickinbotham Group has undertaken, and was the winner of an award from the SA division of the Planning Institute of Australia.
The completed development is expected to accommodate between 2,600 and 3,400 new homes, and 9,700 residents over the next 20 to 30 years. It is estimated that the development will also generate more than 300 regional jobs in this time.
